Young people aged 12 to 16 participate in theatre and video workshops to analyze the influence of digital technology on self-esteem and body image. Together, they create impactful short videos that subvert advertising conventions and share a positive and critical message with their community.

This project invites young people aged 12 to 16 to immerse themselves in a creative process that blends theatre, video, and reflection on the digital world. Guided by professional artists, they participate in a series of artistic and media workshops that allow them to express themselves, develop their creativity, and better understand the impact of social media on their lives.
Through playful and collaborative activities, participants analyze the mechanisms that shape digital content: filters, staging, algorithms, advertising codes, influence strategies… They explore how these tools influence self-esteem, body image and relationships with others.
Guided by the artistic team, the young people write, direct, and film their own video clips. Inspired by advertising techniques, these clips subvert typical messages to create critical, original, and sometimes unconventional content. In this way, the young people discover all aspects of audiovisual production: acting, directing, sound, lighting, and editing.
The project culminates in a public presentation of the artworks within their community, giving the young people the pride of showcasing their creations and fostering dialogue with their community. Beyond a stimulating artistic experience, the project allows them to develop a more discerning perspective on the digital world, boost their confidence, and build genuine connections with their peers.
